I make games. Currently, I’m one of the engineers on Elsinore, developing wacky interactive narrative tech. I also build a variety of research-inspired games and prototypes, some of which eventually find their way up onto this page.
Here are some of my ongoing and finished games, plus a few of my playable prototypes.
Games
-
Elsinore, in development
A time-looping Shakespearean adventure game where the player (as Ophelia) tries to convince the characters of Hamlet to not kill each other. Consider it Hamlet + Groundhog Day, the game.
Visit the official site for more details.
-
Last Hour for a Flower, 2015
A series of conversations with a dying flower.
Eric helped port it from Ren’Py to this HTML version and had way too much fun writing a scripting language for it. The source code is available.
-
Fireflies, 2011
An adorable additive-color-blending game about catching fireflies.
Prototypes
-
Together We Swim, 2015
A prototype of a simple one-(mouse) button game with flocking algorithm fish.
-
Neverending Pinnacle, 2015
A prototype exploring the futility of building an ivory tower.
(Way) back in the day, I was a part of the Game Creation Society.
